AVAILABILITY
All orders for the products depend on their own availability. In this sense, in the event of supply problems, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide information relating to substitute products with equal or higher quality and value, which the customer may decide to order. If the customer prefers not to place an order for such substitute products, we will promptly refund any amounts already paid.
SHIPMENTS
ITALY
Shipping to Italy is always free of charge.
The shipment in Italy is standard. It is operated by Poste Italiane Crono Standard and the delivery takes place in 3/4 working days.
In case of need it is possible to opt for an express type shipment, in this case they are operated by express courier (dhl, ups, brt, sda) and delivered in 24/48 hours and the shipping costs change depending on the weight and size of the package and to the place of destination.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary in case of force majeure events. The delivery of the products is intended at street level.
All shipments are traceable. After entrusting the delivery to the courier, you will be notified with an email which certifies that the shipment has taken place, and you will be provided with a tracking code to follow the progress of your package.

EU and EXTRA EU
Shipments to EU and EXTRA EU are made by express courier. They can be standard or express and vary according to the weight and size of the package and the place of destination.
During the purchase phase, when entering the shipping address, the cost of shipping will be calculated based on the characteristics of the package, place of destination and type chosen.
Purchases outside of Italy may be subject to the payment of duties and customs clearance costs, these additional costs will be borne by the recipient.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from receiving the order without the need to specify a reason.
To benefit from a return and therefore a refund, the products must be returned intact, never used, in their original packaging and with their tag. The receipt of the purchase order must be included in the package.
To make a return it will be necessary to write an email to ordini@fumeocarlo.it. You will receive a confirmation email that will authorize you to return the goods, with instructions and shipping details.
The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer, as well as the responsibility for any damage or loss of the goods. The return of the goods must take place within 30 (thirty) days from the acceptance of the return, according to the community legislation.
The reimbursement of the full value of the goods (excluding shipping costs) will take place within 30 (thirty) days from receiving the goods and after checking their integrity. The refund will be made on the payment method used during the purchase.
