All orders for the products depend on their own availability. Shipping to Italy is always free of charge.
The shipment in Italy is standard. It is operated by Poste Italiane Crono Standard and the delivery takes place in 3/4 working days.
In case of need it is possible to opt for an express type shipment, in this case they are operated by express courier (dhl, ups, brt, sda) and delivered in 24/48 hours and the shipping costs change depending on the weight and size of the package and to the place of destination.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary in case of force majeure events. The delivery of the products is intended at street level.
All shipments are traceable. After entrusting the delivery to the courier, you will be notified with an email which certifies that the shipment has taken place, and you will be provided with a tracking code to follow the progress of your package.

Shipments to EU and EXTRA EU are made by express courier. They can be standard or express and vary according to the weight and size of the package and the place of destination.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
